Unfortunately we're unable to offer affordable International Shipping for the 35L Travel Pack at this time due to the size of the packaging and the inflated costs as a result. If you'd like a bespoke shipping quote, please email us at support@reikabags.co.uk and we'll do our best to assist.

Local taxes and duties may vary dependant on your location. You are responsible for these charges should they occur. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out.

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days depending on what time the order was confirmed. All shipments are delivered on weekdays only unless Saturday delivery is chosen at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

We know that sometimes mistakes happen and you need to return an item you've purchased from us. So that we can get your return sorted as easily as possible, email us at support@reikabags.co.uk with your order number and the reason you’d like to send your item back. We will then send you the necessary details for your return shipment.

Please note that returns must adhere to the following:

●  Items must be returned in their original packaging.
●  Items must not contain any evidence of wear, marks, scratches, stains or odours
●  *If the above is not adhered to when you make the return. Reika reserves the right to return the item back to you.

Return costs are at the buyers expense and should be sent via a tracked and insured service as we will not be held responsible for lost returned packages.
